Attorney John Bruce obtains defense verdict

Attorney John Bruce obtained a defense verdict in favor of a General Surgeon in Essex Superior Court.

The plaintiff alleged that the defendant surgeon was negligent in the manner in which he performed a laparoscopic cholecystectomy, resulting in ongoing pain and suffering and other damages. After a six day trial, the jury delivered a verdict for the defendant surgeon after deliberating for less than one hour.
