John Bruce secures defense verdict for gastroenterologist

Attorney John Bruce obtained a defense verdict on behalf of a gastroenterologist in Middlesex Superior Court, in a case involving allegations of failure to diagnose mesenteric ischemia. The Plaintiff’s decedent ultimately passed away as a result of complications of the surgery performed as a result of an ischemic bowel.
